The Westboro Baptist Church, just hours after news broke that ?Glee? star Cory Monteith had died suddenly, announced they will picket his funeral. Monteith played Finn Hudson in the wildly popular and very LGBT-friendly Fox TV series. The extremist religious right group, which likes to be called ?God Hates Fags,? is a certified anti-gay hate group that travels the country picketing the funerals of celebrities, LGBT people, and soldiers.

In an especially vile attack, on Twitter the WBC attacked Monteith?s on-screen and real-life girlfriend, Lea Michele, who was rumored to be set to marry Monteith in two weeks.
?Will?@msleamichele?kill herself as well? Then the wedding can go on as planned IN HELL! ? invites for all their fans!,? the WBC tweeted.
?Westboro praises God for his righteous judgments. Hell won?t be gleeful for?#CoryMonteith?- he taught millions to sin,? one of Westboro?s many Twitter accounts proclaimed.
?PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY for killing Cory Monteith ? a wicked fag-enabler sinner! Westboro Baptist Church to picket funeral,? read another tweet.
Whether or not they will actually show up is another story ? the Westboro Baptist Church is notorious for announcing they will picket and then not showing.
